1. It's 'currently' estimated the final price for the SE Asia '26 holiday will be ~ £2,595 per person (2x persons sharing).
2. The first release of places for our SE Asia '26 holiday will be allocated to 'A Taste of Salsa' Travellers, and then subsequent releases will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis to invited guests.
3. There will be a limited number of SE Asia '26 places available.

The purpose of the Holding Deposit is to hold (allocate) your place(s) on the SE Asia '26 holiday experience. Your place will be held until 14-days after the Booking Payment date. (The date when all of the specific details for the holiday are released to 'A Taste of Salsa' Travellers and guests.)

1. The Holding Deposit is £500 per person, this payment can be made in multiple payments.
2. The Holding Deposit is fully refundable, and will be returned to you upon request (within 24 hours)
3. The Holding Deposit can be refunded or used to offset against the SE Asia '26 holiday Booking Deposit or Final Balance payment.
4. The Holding Deposit is paid directly to 'A Taste of Salsa'.

The purpose of the Booking Deposit is to secure your place on the SE Asia '26 holiday.

1. The Booking Deposit is non-refundable
2. The Booking Deposit payment date will be announced within 48 hours of 'A Taste of Salsa' being notified of the specific date by the travel agency.
3. The Booking Deposit will be paid to the ABTA bonded travel agency.
4. It is expected that the Booking Payment date will be announced between early November 2025 and January 2026.
5. The final amount for the Booking Deposit will be determined by the travel agency.

The completion of your Final Balance payment will complete your holiday booking. This does not include any additional holiday related payments (such as flight upgrades, excursions, etc.)

1. The Final Balance payments will be paid directly to the ABTA bonded travel agent.
2. Final Balance payments can be made in instalments directly to the travel agent.

1. There will be a limited number of single person accommodation places available.
2. There will be an additional price supplement for single person accommodation.
3. If there are insufficient rooms available to meet the single person accommodation demands, and if the single-guest is not able to share a room, they maybe eligible for a refund of their deposit.

Up until the time for payment of the Booking Deposit payment, 'A Taste of Salsa' will be providing SE Asia '26 holiday experience 'Payment Plans', enabling our Travellers to pay for the SE Asia '26 experience in installments. These installments can be used to contribute to the; Holding Deposit, Booking Deposit or Final Balance payments. 

If this is the first time that you are making a payment to this account, we strongly recommend you undertake the following practice:

1. Initially pay a 'micro-payment' (a small “random” sum of money - for example £2.17) using the bank account payment details provided below:
2. Complete the Holding Deposit booking form provided in step 2 (below).
3. You will receive an email from 'A Taste of Salsa' verifying your micro-payment.
   This confirms that your payment is set-up with 'A Taste of Salsa'.
4. Once confirmed, pay the remaining balance using the same details (i.e. the Payee bank accounts that you have just validated).
5. 'A Taste of Salsa' will then confirm receipt of the total payment that you've made.

We also ‘strongly’ recommend that you take out travel insurance as soon as you pay your Booking Deposit (i.e. when you pay the non-refundable deposit payment) – Please contact any member of the ' A Taste of Salsa' team for further clarification if required.

This will ensure, that if for any reason you unfortunately have to cancel the holiday, there is a good possibility (subject to ‘Your’ travel insurance policy T&C’s) you will get a large proportion (if not all) of your holiday payment refunded via ‘Your’ travel insurance provider.
