On Tuesday 30th June, our Traveller, Chukuma, successfully completed his inspiring 2.5km Charity Swim in the Olympic-standard swimming pool at Las Playitas, raising awareness and support for two very worthy causes:
🩸 Errol McKellar Foundation – Prostate cancer awareness and support
💛 Black Minds Matter UK – Mental health support and awareness
This wasn't simply about swimming 50 lengths of the pool. It was about determination, resilience, generosity and giving something back to others.
A huge thank you to everyone who came poolside to cheer Chukuma on, volunteered to help count lengths, donated, or offered words of encouragement throughout the challenge. Your support created a fantastic atmosphere and perfectly demonstrated the warmth, positivity and community spirit that makes Fitfever SALSOGA so special.
Congratulations, Chukuma, on an outstanding achievement and thank you for inspiring us all. You reminded us that some of the most memorable moments on holiday aren't just about where we travel, but about the difference we can make and share together.
