Our Principles

  1. Our aim is to put elements in place to enable all of our guests to have a fantastic time during their SALSOGA ’24 holiday.
  2. We are looking for people that want to have a great time, want to be around good people and prepared to play their part in making this a positive, memorable and valued event.

Salsa in Fuerteventura

All of the SALSOGA teachers will be UK-based, experienced, well-respected, engaging and knowledgeable Salsa instructors.

We have selected our initial wave of SALSOGA salsa teachers/instructors and we will be announcing their names and details by the end of this month.

We are currently in the process of developing the SALSOGA ’24 time table, we plan to use the outputs from this activity to identify and clarify our next group of SALSOGA salsa teachers. Once we have done this we will announce our full list of Salsa Instructors.

Recent changes to the booking process and payment requirements make it very difficult and costly to group book a large number of flights in advance.

Some of the issues we face are as follows;

  • Requirement to pay 80% of the flight cost upfront
  • The cost for a group booking flight is generally more expensive than you can get doing it yourself
  • Airlines don’t necessarily offer special pricing. What they do offer is assurance that everyone in your group will get on the same flight

At a later date we are very likely to post details on various flights to Fuerteventura (FUE). As  you are probably aware the prices of flights go up as more people book them.

Our intention is to play incredible music throughout the holiday. Our core DJs will be DJ Hughie and Steevo LDJ.

Both of these musical have the ability to drop a wide-range of Salsa orientated music.

Holiday details

Simple answer. We recommend that you purchase holiday insurance as soon as you pay down more money than  you  care to lose.

This provides protection immediately; that is to say covering you if something unexpected happens before you go on holiday. and in addition to when you go on holiday.

Obvious but true. Your coverage is always subject to the ‘quality’ of travel insurance that you take out.

A non-refundable deposit of 5% per person of the total holiday cost secures your holiday immediately, see the following examples:
  • Hotel Twin with Garden View sleeps 2 persons @ £1,050
    5% of £1050 = £26.25 per person x 2 = Total deposit of £52.50.
  • Apartment with Sea View sleeps 4 persons@ £1,600
    Single Garden View – 2 person 5% = £26.25 per person x 2 = Total deposit of £52.50.

There are generally two approaches that can be used to pay for your SALSOGA ’24 holiday. The first approach is to pay for your holiday in full. The second is to a 5% deposit and then paying the balance in installments (this is the SALSOGA Payment Plan approach).

The SALSOGA Payment Plan requires that you make payments based on the following schedule:

  • 5% initial deposit secures your desirable accommodation
  • 25% payment before 31st October 2023
  • 35% payment before 31st February 2024
  • 35% (Remaining balance) payment before 30th April 2024

The final balance of the holiday must be paid by April 30th 2024.
